These stools are brought to you by the creative minds of Glimpt. Mattias Rask and Tor Palm are the Swedish design duo behind Glimpt. They search the world to create objects that have a deeper story between design and crafts.
The stools are made in Vietnam from rolls of seagrass and wrapped with thread, normally used for hammocks.
The collection is called Superheros. It was developed with Vietnamese furniture company UMA.
I really like the bold colors on the stools. When I first saw the stools I didn't think that they were made of seagrass. These would be such a fun accessory for a living area or any place in a home. They would definitely be a conversation starter!
